Casa Grande Hotel Boutique
Casa Grande Morelia is a boutique hotel nestled in a majestic 18th-century residence, restored with the utmost respect for its architectural essence. Enjoy unique spaces, artisanal finishes, and panoramic views that make every stay a memorable experience.

From Viceroyal Residence to Boutique Hotel
The earliest part of this mansion dates back to 1706 and was originally part of the residence of Juan Antonio Cacho de Herrera in Morelia’s historic center. Over the 18th and 19th centuries it underwent several modifications, and in the 20th century Don Juan Bautista Gómez Alzúa transformed it into one of the city’s most lavish mansions. Finally, in 2014 the firm Reyes Ríos + Larraín Arquitectos carried out a meticulous restoration to return it to its viceroyal grandeur and adapt it as a boutique hotel.
